Annual Wellness Visit

Individualized care for your annual wellness check-up. This includes screenings, lab work, nutritional counseling, and recommendations to local resources. The hour-long appointments are with an attentive and personable midwife who takes a trauma-informed approach to gynecology care.

STI TESTING

Non-judgmental, confidential screening and preventative care for Sexually Transmitted Infections and Diseases.

Including but not limited to:

  • Chlamydia

  • Gonorrhea

  • Syphilis

  • Genital Herpes (HSV)

  • HIV

  • Hepatitis B

REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH COUNSELING

Providing a safe space to discuss period health, family planning, sexual health, pleasure, menopause and more. Additionally, non-judgmental abortion resources and compassionate miscarriage support is offered. The appointment is largely conversational and informative but can transition into clinical care as needed.
This is a great first appointment for teens and young adults. It is confidential. Parents will only be informed of health concerns, not conversation topics. On-going virtual support is available as needed.
